Open 7 days a week, members can borrow books, magazines, DVDs and music CDs. Programs and services include story times, free member access to online tutoring (yourtutor) for years 4 to 12 and two community rooms. You can access PCs and wifi for free.
We have two branches. The Frankston Library is located at 60 Playne Street, Frankston, and the Carrum Downs Library is at 203 Lyrebird Drive, Carrum Downs.
